Previous incidents

We are starting to see stability in responses from the Passport document type with the Australian Document Verification Service as of ~4.02pm AEST 22/10/2025, and are marking this as resolved.

An unplanned outage with our content delivery network provider (CloudFlare), rendered parts of the Personr Platform inaccessible for a brief period at 2am AWST (GMT+8). The Personr API was not affected, and CloudFlare has remediated the issue.
